What to Wear
Comfort is key. Wear breathable, stretchy leggings and a supportive top. Bare feet or grip socks are best for stability on the mat.
Equipment
Just bring a water bottle and yourself. For in-person classes, all mats and props are provided. For Zoom, a mat or a chair for a barre flow and some floor space is all you need.

Your Questions, Answered
I’ve never tried Pilates or Barre before—is this class for me?
Absolutely! My classes are designed to be a safe, supportive space for absolute beginners. We focus on mindful movement and reconnection with your body, not perfection. You'll be guided through every step with friendly support.
What should I wear to my first session?
Wear something you feel comfortable and safe moving in—leggings and a supportive top are perfect. We usually practice in bare feet or 'grippy' socks to ensure you have a firm connection with the mat.
Do I need to bring my own equipment?
For online Zoom classes, a mat is essential and a chair for a barre flow. If you have light hand weights or a small pilates ball, that's great! For in-person sessions, all equipment is provided, so you just need to bring yourself and some water.
How will I feel after a class with Sarah?
Most women leave feeling both stronger and more centered. We focus on building 'feminine energy' through grace and strength, so expect to feel empowered, slightly glowy, and much more connected to your body.
Is it okay if I'm not flexible?
Definitely. Flexibility is a result of practice, not a prerequisite! We use Pilates and Barre to gently improve your mobility over time. My approach is body-positive and focuses on what your body *can* do today. Always work with your own range of movement.
How do I book my spot?
Booking is simple! For online classes, you can join via Zoom, and for in-person sessions, we use the Gymcatch app. Check the 'Get Started' section below for direct links to secure your place.
